When to start HIM & HER FERTILITY

Three months before trying. A sperm cycle on his side. Methylfolate on hers.

Start at least three months before trying to conceive. That matches NHS guidance on folate ahead of pregnancy, and it covers a 70–90 day sperm cycle on the male side. Four capsules a day, with food, lid on, away from a steamy bathroom.

HIM FERTILITY is the male preconception tub — sperm parameters, antioxidant cover, the minerals a 90-day cycle actually uses. HER FERTILITY is methylfolate, CoQ10 and NAC on her side, not folic acid as an afterthought.

These are food supplements, not fertility treatments and not IVF medication. Anyone on a clinic protocol should ask the clinic first. Under 18s, anyone pregnant, and anyone currently breastfeeding unless a clinician has signed it off, should not take them.
